As a member of a 3-person marketing team, I was often asked to create everything from blogs, photoshoots, email campaigns, and social posts to the earrings themselves. Knowing the brand inside and out made the process easier but it was still an incredible challenge I accomplished a lot through.
Often filled with same-day turnarounds and last-second changes, I've learned to think on my feet while crafting content that hits the audience in the right feelings.
Social Media
In the year I worked with CCW, the Instagram account grew by 10K+ followers from 35k to 46k, throughout which the owner was consistently outspoken about Indigenous issues worldwide, and we battled the algorithm because of it.
